Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    squash
    pepper
    2 eggs
    6 oz. fat-free sour cream
    salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    Town House crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender. Drain and mix other ingredients in casserole dish.
    Top with crackers. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
