Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

2 c. Bisquick mix
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Let cheese and sausage set out until room temperature.
Add Bisquick.
Mix; knead with hands and roll into balls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown on top, about 20 to 25 minutes.
