Seafoam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    2/3 c. water
    2 egg whites
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and salt at speed 8 for 3 minutes in large bowl.
    Boil sugar, corn syrup and water together until it forms a hard ball.
    Pour syrup slowly into beaten whites while beating at speed 8.
    Continue beating until mix passes glossy stage.
    Add nuts and vanilla and continue beating until mix forms a peak. Pour on buttered platter or drop on waxed paper.
