Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. chicken wings
4 cloves garlic, crushed
3 Tbsp. ketchup
3 Tbsp. vinegar
5 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
1/3 c. water
Preparation

Brown wings in butter and garlic.
When wings are almost brown, remove garlic and fry wings until they are completely browned on all sides; set aside.
