Pumpkin Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
    Soften ice cream.
    Stir in pumpkin, brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice.
    Freeze.
    Makes a little over a quart.
