Caramel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar, melted in skillet
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Cream yolks, sugar and flour; add milk.
Stir into melted sugar.
Stir and cook until thick.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Top with either meringue or whipped cream.
