Marinated Pork Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork steaks
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. oil
    unseasoned meat tenderizer
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/2 garlic clove, crushed
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 (29 oz.) can pineapple rings
Preparation
    At least 4 hours before serving, prepare pork steaks with meat tenderizer.
    Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup juice.
    Place steaks in a 13 x 9-inch pan in which the rest of the ingredients, except pineapple rings, have been mixed.
    Cover; refrigerate at least 3 hours, turning meat once.
