Ingredients

1 - 8 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 c. sugar
3 oz. apricot jello
2 small apricot baby food
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 medium cool whip
crushed pecans (optional)
Preparation

Combine pineapple and sugar.
Stir over low heat.
Remove, add jello, baby food, and cream cheese.
Fold in cool whip.
Mix thoroughly.
Chill until thick.
Can top with crushed pecans.
