Berry Freezer Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. mashed berries
    4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. Epsom salts
Preparation
    Combine berries and sugar in 5-quart saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add Epsom salts.
    Stir for 5 minutes.
    Pour into sterilized jars and seal. Let cool, then store in freezer.
