Diabetic - Chicken Breasts In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast halves (no skin or bone)
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    paprika
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts in baking pan; do not let them overlap. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
    Mix soup, milk, sour cream and drained mushrooms into a sauce.
    Spread over chicken.
    Sprinkle paprika on top.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Serve with noodles or over whole wheat toast.
    Makes 6 servings.
    Serving Size:
    1 breast half, plus 1/3 cup sauce.
