Carrot Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. grated carrots
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together (real good). Pour into greased muffin pans, filling each about 1/2 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done, sample by touch.
