Green Chilli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. boneless chicken breast
    4 cans whole green chillies, chopped
    1 large can whole tomatoes (28 oz.)
    1 large bag yellow rice
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
    Brown in skillet with 1 tablespoon oil.
    Cut up chillies and tomatoes and add to chicken. Simmer about 10 or 15 minutes.
    Serve over yellow rice.
    Boneless pork chops can be substituted for chicken.
