Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. margarine, melted
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar and salt.
Mix well together eggs, soda,
buttermilk
and
vanilla.
Melt and mix together margarine, cocoa
and
1 cup water.
Bring to boil.
Pour egg mixture
into flour mixture; mix well.
Add margarine mixture and mix
well. Spray

1/2 x 11 x 1 1/2-inch pan with Pam. Pour mixture into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
One-half cup milk and 1/2 teaspoon vinegar = 1/2 cup buttermilk.)
