Toasted Mushroom Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh mushrooms, diced
    1 c. butter
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. Accent seasoning
    1 Tbsp. salt
    4 c. light cream
    2 1/2 Tbsp. chives, minced
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    4 sandwich loaves of white bread, trimmed
Preparation
    Peel mushrooms and dice.
    Saute 5 minutes in butter.
    Blend in flour, Accent and salt.
    Stir in cream and simmer until thick. Add chives and lemon juice.
    Blend well.
    Roll bread slices thin. Spread with mixture and roll up.
    Cut in half and toast on all sides about 20 minutes in 400\u00b0
    oven.
