Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. sharp grated cheese
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Cook the broccoli in salted water until tender.
    Drain. Combine the mayonnaise, soup, cheese and eggs and blend.
    Pour over broccoli and top with crushed cheese crackers.
    Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    This freezes well.
    Bake about 10 minute before you freeze.
