Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 eggs, separated
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    9-inch pie plate shell
Preparation
    Cream
    sugar,
    lemon
    juice
    and
    cornstarch.
    Beat egg yolks, lightly,
    add
    to\tsugar,\tlemon
    juice and cornstarch mixture. Mix
    and
    gradually add to boiling water. Cook until thick, about 4 minutes.\tLet
    cool.
    Beat
    egg
    whites and add sugar gradually and
    1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar, until stiff and put on pie crust top. Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown.
