1/2 c. unbleached flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 2/3 c. water
Preparation

Combine dry
ingredients.
Add
water
in a slow stream for a soft, not sticky dough.
Divide and prepare for baking, making thin circles.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until fully dried out.
