Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. cabbage
    3 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    2 c. water
    4 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix together cabbage, water and salt.
    Let stand at least 1 hour.
    Drain.
    Mix sugar and vinegar; bring to a boil.
    Pour over cabbage; mix well.
    Pack and freeze.
