Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (7 oz.) cans whole green chilies
    1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar
    1 c. Bisquick
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Prepare chilies by opening and washing off seeds and juice. Butter casserole.
    Place a layer of peppers, cheese, etc., ending with a layer of cheese on top.
    Mix other ingredients and pour over.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Take out of oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
