Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. hot chili peppers (jalapeno or other, 1 with seed, the rest with seed removed), ground
    1 1/2 c. green peppers (some red)
    1 large onion
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
    6 1/2 c. white sugar
    1 bottle Certo
Preparation
    Place all, except Certo, in a granite pan.
    Cook over high heat, stirring constantly.
    Bring to a full boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat; add Certo.
    Stir well.
    Skim.
    Pour into glasses or jars and seal.
    Paraffin may be melted and poured on top to seal if jars do not have lids.
