Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pastry for 1 (9-inch) pie
1 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
Preparation

Line pie pan with pastry.
Combine corn syrup and sugar.
Add eggs, salt, butter and vanilla.
Stir in peanut butter until filling is smooth.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for an additional 30 to 35 minutes.
Filling in center will be soft when pie is removed.
Chill.
