Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. Crisco
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 egg
1/2 c. ice water
Preparation

Mix
together
flour,
sugar and salt.\tAdd Crisco; mix until crumbly.
Beat together in small bowl, vinegar, egg and ice water; mix well.
Divide dough into 5 balls.
Wrap each in plastic
wrap; chill.
To
use
later,
freeze.
This freezes well and is always ready.
