Black Bean Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 c. frozen corn kernels, thawed
1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
4 scallions, chopped
3 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Stir together all ingredients at least one hour before serving.
Store in refrigerator.
Serve with chips or as a side dish.
