Cinnamon Flop(Sour Cream Coffee Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1 c. sour cream or buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour plus 2 Tbsp.
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. softened butter or margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In medium bowl, beat egg until frothy; beat in sugar and melted butter.
    Cream until fluffy.
    Add sour cream or buttermilk and vanilla; blend well.
    Sift the 1 1/2 cups flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda together; add to creamed mixture. Blend well.
    Pour into greased 8-inch square baking pan and set aside.
