Sausage And Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Italian sausage
2 lb. fresh mushrooms
thyme, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
1 onion
Preparation
-
Brown sausage on cookie sheet in oven at 350\u00b0.
Slice mushrooms and fry with onion and seasonings.
Remove sausage when browned. Cool and slice.
Add to mushroom mixture and serve.
