Dried Beef Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. dried beef
    8 oz. horseradish
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Combine horseradish and cream cheese and mix by hand.
    Shred dried beef and add to cream cheese mixture.
    Form into a ball. Refrigerate overnight.
    Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before serving.
    Serve with various kinds of crackers.
