Mince Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. mincemeat
    2 c. nuts
    2 c. raisins
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. butter, melted
    3 c. sugar
    4 egg yolks
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 Tbsp. water
    4 egg whites, beaten and folded in
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in order given.
    Pour into a tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours on the top rack of the oven.
