The Nittany Lion Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can artichoke hearts
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt or fresh garlic
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese (extra Parmesan cheese for topping)
Preparation
    Butter a 1-quart casserole and break up (drained) artichoke hearts into the casserole.
    Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Top with extra Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Serve hot with crackers.
