Sweet And Sour Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, sliced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 onion, diced
    1/2 c. oil
    3/4 c. white vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender (no salt or pepper).
    Drain.
    Add green pepper and onion.
    Put aside.
