Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    3 c. finely grated carrots
    2 c. chopped nuts (pecans and walnuts)
Preparation
    Combine sugar, vanilla, oil and eggs; mix well and add flour. Combine remaining ingredients.
    Mix all together and bake in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
