Fruit Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 roll sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. white sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup, drain and save juice
1 small jar maraschino cherries
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
2 bananas
1 pkg. nuts
1 apple or maybe 2, depending on size
any other fruit

Preparation

Bake sugar dough as directed on can.
Spread on pizza pan or cookie sheet and bake.
Let cool completely.
Mix cheese and sugar until smooth. Slice bananas and soak in pineapple juice 10 to 15 minutes (do apples same way).
Spread cream cheese mixture on cooled cookie crust like icing.
Put bananas, pineapple, apples and other fruit on and sprinkle with
nuts.
Pur it in refrigerator for 2 hours.
