Tex-Mex Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 (10 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1/2 c. chopped Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion. Add tomatoes, beans, rice, chili powder, cumin and 1 cup of water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Top with cheese.
