Flour Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. coconut milk or other milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Add milk gradually and blend until smooth.
    Knead dough for 2 minutes.
    Divide dough into 4 pieces. Take one section and roll out to a round shape about 8 1/2 inches in diameter.
    If thin tortillas are desired, divide into 5 pieces.
