Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    5 stalks celery, cut up thin
    2 lb. chopped onion
    10 oz. frozen vegetables
    8 oz. pkg. macaroni (uncooked)
    1 can tomato sauce
    2 1/4 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and celery. Add remaining ingredients. Boil; turn heat down to low and cover. Simmer for 15 or 20 minutes. Add 1 cup shredded cheese on top.
