Scalloped Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/3 c. grated cheese
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
4 c. cooked carrots
1/2 c. bread crumbs
3 slices bacon
Preparation
-
Make a white sauce of butter, flour and milk; add salt, pepper, grated cheese and onion.
In a casserole place a layer of carrots alternately with white sauce until dish is full.
Cover with bread crumbs.
Bake until bacon is crisp.
