Ham And Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. minced onion
    2 c. cubed, fully cooked ham
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. shredded natural Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In medium saucepot, cook cauliflower. Drain well.
    Meanwhile, in large saucepan melt 2 tablespoons butter.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper; add milk and onion.
    Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
    Stir in cheese until melted. Gently fold in ham, mushrooms and cauliflower.
    Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Crackers and 1 tablespoon melted butter can be sprinkled on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated through, about 15 minutes.
    Serves 6.
