Beer Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 can beer
    1/4 c. sunflower seeds
    1/4 c. dates, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
    Pour into loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Experiment!
    This makes a great cheese bread, too!
    This is best eaten soon after baking, as the yeast in the beer tends to ferment.
