Mexican Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. fajita spices or liquid fajita sauce
    1/2 chopped sweet onion
    2 chopped bell peppers
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 (No. 3) can tomato paste
    1 (No. 3) can salsa
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. grated Monterey Jack
Preparation
    Let meat soak overnight in fajita spices in a covered dish in refrigerator.
    Brown the onion and peppers in a large skillet. Then brown meat after adding Accent.
    Add the tomato paste and salsa.
    Let simmer for several hours (to get tomato paste flavor cooked out); stir occasionally.
    Place dough on greased pan and ladle on sauce.
    Then add cheese toppings.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 425\u00b0.
