Gourmet Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fine egg noodles (8 oz.)
    1 lb. ground meat
    2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce or 16 oz. Ragu
    1 (3 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 c. sour cream (room temperature)
    6 green onions, chopped (including green tops)
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 garlic cloves
Preparation
    Cook noodles; drain and immediately add cream cheese, sour cream and onions.
    Saute garlic in small amount of oil, meat and tomato sauce.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Grease a 3-quart Pyrex pan. Spoon 1/2 of noodle mixture, 1/2 grated cheese, 1/2 tomato meat mixture.
    Repeat, ending with cheese on top.
    Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
