Toutiere Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped or grated
    5 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning or to taste
    ingredients for 2 double crust pies
Preparation
    Mix dough for 2 double crust pies; roll out.
    Cook meat over low heat in greased pot.
    Add mashed potatoes, onions and seasonings to meat and mix well.
    Place mixture between raw crusts in 2 separate pie dishes or pans.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until done.
