Crock-Pot Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    1/2 c. Wish-bone Russian dressing
    2 lb. boneless pork, cubed and trimmed
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 medium green pepper, cut into thin strips
Preparation
    Blend cornstarch with water.
    Place all ingredients in crock-pot.
    Cook 2 to 3 hours on high or 6 to 8 on low.
    Serve over rice.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
