Protein Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
12 packets sweetener
12 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
cinnamon to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Blend eggs, vanilla, lemon juice and sweetener in blender until smooth.
Gradually add cottage cheese and pure cinnamon.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into Pam sprayed pie plate.
Bake approximately 45 minutes.
Let cool 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Then refrigerate.
One slice equals 1 protein.
