Fruited Gelatin Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. flavored gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. cold water
    1 1/2 c. diced fruit such as oranges, pineapple, pears, peaches, bananas, cherries, grapes, etc.
Preparation
    Pour gelatin into bowl.
    Add 1 cup boiling water to gelatin. Stir with rubber spatula until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
    Add 1 cup cold water.
    Using measuring cup, scoop gelatin from bowls into 6 muffin pan cups.
    Put pan into refrigerator to chill until gelatin is thickened, about 45 minutes.
    Take pan out of refrigerator.
    Add fruit to each cup; stir gently.
    Put pan into refrigerator to chill until firm, about 2 hours.
    Put about 1-inch of warm water in sink.
    Dip just bottom of pan into warm water for 5 seconds.
