Quick And Easy Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 slices bread
1 lb. bulk sausage or links
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Tear up bread, any kind and put in 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased dish.
Brown and drain sausage or links.
Drain (cut link in slices).
Spoon sausage over bread.
Sprinkle with grated sharp Cheddar cheese.
Beat together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour over bread mixture.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Great for holiday mornings.
