Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 lb. chuck roast
16 oz. sour cream
Preparation

Cut chuck roast into small pieces.
Put into ovensafe pan.
Mix onion soup mix, mushroom soup and 2 cans milk together.
Pour over chuck roast.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours and 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and turn off.
Mix sour cream in and return to off oven for 15 minutes.
Remove after 15 minutes and serve over buttered noodles.
