Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sirloin tip
    2 medium size onions
    4 green peppers
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cut steak into 1/2-inch strips.
    Saute in butter.
    Add spices. Stir occasionally.
    Cook until tender.
    Chop onions and peppers into strips. Add onions, peppers, celery and water.
    Cover and let simmer for 1 hour or until tender.
    Serves 6.
