Bambinis - Miniature Calzones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    10 oz. can flaky refrigerator biscuits
    20 slices pepperoni
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine Ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese in a medium bowl.
    Separate biscuits from can; slice each one horizontally.
    Press each sliced biscuit into oblong shape, approximately 2 1/2 x 4-inch.
    Place one slice of pepperoni and 1 teaspoon of cheese mixture onto each pressed biscuit.
    Fold over and press edge to seal.
    Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Yields 16.
