Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 large eggs
3 c. flour, sifted with 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. soda
3 c. raw apples, sliced (Winesaps are best)
1 1/2 c. pecans or black walnuts
1 c. raisins (seedless)
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix 1/4 cup flour with raisins and nuts before adding to cake mix.
