Basic Best Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can Alaskan salmon
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2/3 c. sliced, pitted, ripe olives
    1/3 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. minced fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Drain salmon, reserving 2 tablespoons of liquid.
    Flake salmon.
    Combine with liquid and remaining ingredients.
    Mix well. Shape into loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
