Zucchini Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. zucchini
    1 c. drained crushed pineapple
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light.
    Add oil, sugar, zucchini and pineapple.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Mix.
    Pour in 2 loaf pans and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
